U16495-B MEMS is a small-sized, high-precision 6-axis inertial measurement unit. It is suitable for precise navigation, control and dynamic measurement of carriers. The U16495-B series inertial measurement modules integrate MEMS gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometers within their structure. The gyroscopes and accelerometers selected for the system represent the leading level of MEMS process inertial devices, featuring high reliability and strong robustness, and can accurately measure the angular velocity and acceleration information of moving carriers in harsh environments.
